We are located in Falmouth, Maine however all therapy sessions are held through teletherapy (video-call) so you participate in therapy from the comfort of your home.

We offer a 30-minute free consultation to all potential clients to so that we can get to know each other better and to help us decide if we are a good fit. We will then do a full evaluation which will cost $200 and each treatment session will be $149.

Each session is personalized to your exact needs so it depends! However, all sessions will be through teletherapy (videocall) where you just click a link. We will then follow this routine: 1. Check in (how you feel and anything you want to share with me 2. Treatment-We will focus on an activity designed to work towards your therapy goals, personalized to YOU. 3. Wrap-up-Review what was learned and how to bring those skills from the session into your real life.

We work with adults of all ages from 18 and up.

Each person has unique learning needs and different goals. We make an effort to support you to achieve in as few sessions as possible.

We are a private pay clinic and so we do not accept insurance. While we do not submit insurance claims on your behalf, we support your efforts to seek reimbursement through your insurance plan. If your insurance offers out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a detailed receipt or superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
